CAREERS AROUND ME - Smart technologies for improving Career Management Skills

Careers are changing. Opportunities are changing. Which skills do we need to
handle this challenge?

The CAREERS project is promoted by an international Consortium of Partners with
specific expertise and qualified research staff in the field of career guidance.
The project represents a capitalization of E-tutoring project and the main goals are:

- to development of a comprehensive catalogue of Career Management Skills (CMS),
based on the international research in the filed and the best national CMS
frameworks already implemented in Europe;
- The design, development and testing of innovative technology for career learning
tailored on different target groups of users
